To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitaiqian Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We respect the confidentiality of information shared with us during the provision of our services. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during our business relationship.
Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and any materials provided. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability shall survive termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
